Our Payment Process
Intel Digital are committed to providing easy, safe and secure ways to pay for our digital services. If you've signed up with us, you'll usually receive an invoice from our system automatically with access to our client area where you can view all of your invoice online. You can pay for your invoice using the link on the invoice, in your client area or by BACS transfer.
We utilise Stripe as our main payment processor for card payments through invoice. We don't take payments over the phone unless it's an exceptional circumstance. Exceptional circumstances include not having access to our website to pay for service or products and/or no access to online banking for BACS payments.
Our payment reference will be shown on your statement as inteldigital(.co.uk)
Paying an Invoice
Once you've signed up with us, you'll receive an email with a link to your invoice in your client area. Click the link and you'll be directed through to the client area. If this is your first time logging in, you will need to request a password reset to set a password. You won't need to do this again once you have set it up.
When inside the client area, you'll be greeted with your dashboard where you can manage any services you have with us and view and pay your invoices. As well as perform other tasks such as open support support tickets or buy other services.
On the left hand side, you'll see the menu. Click through to "My Invoice" to view your outstanding balance(s).
Once inside the "My Invoices" pane, you'll be able to view all of your invoice history. Any outstanding payments will show as unpaid. Click on the outstanding invoice to go forward and make a payment for the outstanding amount.
If you have trouble finding your outstanding invoice, hit the "Pay All" button at the top of the invoice history panel.
When you have opened the invoice due, at the top you'll be able to choose which method of payment you'd like to pay by. Stripe (card payments) or BACS (bank transfers). The default method of payment will usually be the last method of payment used.
For Stripe card payments, you'll be directed to Stripes payment page. Follow the instructions as it guides you through the process. At the end of the process when payment is complete, you'll receive a paid invoice from us and a payment receipt from Stripe for your reference.
Please note that if you have previously paid by card, this process may be redundant as payment will be taken automatically.
